Stem to Stern Yard Sale
Calling all shoppers to Hull’s annual Town-Wide yard sale!
During our last Stem to Stern, over 100 individual yard sales were to be found all over Hull held by residents, local businesses, and organizations. Hundreds of shoppers came to bargain hunt from one end of Hull from to the other.
Reuse, Reduce and Recycle - come to Hull on Saturday and Sunday,May 16th and 17th to hunt for bargains and treasures throughout the town!
Please drive with extra care, keep your eyes on the road, note the speed limit, and watch out for pedestrians. Be safe and enjoy!

All Hull residents, businesses, non-profits, municipal entities, and religious organizations are encouraged to hold a yard sale during Stem to Stern. Encourage your neighbors to join in the fun and have a yard sale too—shoppers stop where there are big and multiple sales! This year’s event is on both Saturday and Sunday, May 16th and 17th.
Whether you decide to hold your yard sale on Saturday, or on Sunday, or over the entire weekend, know that your participation is what continues to make Stem to Stern a success! There is no rain date, the event is held rain or shine at the sellers discretion.
Here’s what you need to know to participate:
A Town of Hull yard sale permit is not required if you have registered and paid a Stem to Stern fee.
Each individual seller or family must register with HNCC to participate in Stem to Stern.
Complete the online application form and submit the $25.00 registration fee by credit card or Venmo. (Sorry, but no refunds will be given for registration fees.)
The HNCC website will display a map of all sale sites and brief sale item description. (Registrations must be received by 5/12 to be included)
Be kind to your neighbors. Let them know ahead of time that you will be having a Stem to Stern yard sale.
You will receive a Stem to Stern sign (pickup location TBD) and advertising on our website.
If you are holding your yard sale at your own home, business, or building, you are all set!
If you are an individual or organization that needs to use Town or DCR property, please contact Town Hall or the DCR to make your own arrangements. All necessary permissions are your responsibility.
Get ready to sell…sell…sell and have fun, fun, fun!
After Stem to Stern, please remember:
Take down all signs you put up, per special request from the Hull Police Department.
Everything must be removed from the street after your yard sale. Don’t get a ticket for leaving trash on the street!

Stem to Stern Yard Sale
Bargains abound as dozens and dozens of homes join the sale. If you haven’t been, you’re in for a treat!
During our last Stem to Stern, over 100 individual yard sales were to be found all over Hull held by residents, local businesses, and organizations. Hundreds of visitors came to bargain hunt from one end of Hull from to the other. While here, they shopped in our stores, ate at their restaurants, took in our spectacular views, and most importantly—learned that Hull is much more than just Nantasket Beach.
Bring a friend with you to Stem to Stern. One of you can be the designated driver and the other the designated looker. Hull will be bustling this weekend with Stem to Stern shoppers. Please drive with extra care, keep your eyes on the road, note the speed limit, and watch out for pedestrians. Be safe and enjoy!

Stem to Stern for Sellers

Signing up is easy! Here’s what you need to know to participate:
