Information for vendors:
Vendor check in is at 8:30am. All cars must be off the street by 11am. We ask that everyone is set up and ready by 11:30am.
The festival is from 12-5pm. All spaces need to be cleaned up and vacated by 6pm
Please arrive at Nantasket Avenue from Wharf Avenue (next to the Paragon Carousel)
There will be volunteers to direct you to your vendor space. You may drive to your space, unload and then must bring your car to the designated parking lot.
Endless Summer provides you with your space on the street. You need to bring with you everything else you need for the day.
Here are some suggestions and recommendations:
Tents
Tables
Chairs
Table coverings and decorations
A dolly for transporting items from parking to vendor space equipment
Cash box and everything you’ll need to make change
Credit card capability
Portable cell phone charger and your cables
FOOD TRUCKS/FOOD VENDORS and others requiring electricity
Bring heavy-duty grounded extension cords that are rated for your equipment, 50-100 feet in length. If you requested electricity, you will be placed as close to it as possible. It is better to bring too much than not enough power and length to get you hooked up. You will have one outlet for 20 amps. Our electrical system is very limited and will not support high-demand appliances like microwaves or blenders.
FOOD TRUCKS/FOOD VENDORS (including businesses offering consumable samples)
Be sure that your paperwork with Hull's Board of Health is in order. If you have any questions in this regard, please reach out to Rachel Gerold, at the Hull BOH. You will not be allowed to sell food at Endless Summer without all necessary paperwork in place and approved. Rachel can be reached by email at rgerold@town.hull.ma.us or by phone at 781-925-2224.
