Requirements: Previous Hull Holiday Showcase Vendors will be given priority in the application process through Friday, October 25th. After that date, available spaces will be offered to other applicants on a first-come/first-served basis. We are unable to accept restaurant vendors at this event except for sales of gift certificates. Food based items for gift giving may be permitted but are subject to approval by and permitting from the Hull Board of Health. Chamber Table: Space at the HNCC table is available to members who do not sell products but would like to be able to reach Showcase patrons. Materials must be dropped off at the Chamber table with prior notice by 11:00 am. If you would like to “give away” products from your business, a sign-up sheet will be available for you to help man the Chamber table.

IMPORTANT

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table coverings, decorations, cash boxes, change for customers, credit card system, tape, etc. There will be electrical outlets available. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own ex-tension cords. The facility has a public internet connection. No permanent marks to the Resort’s walls will be allowed. All materials attached must be removed without leaving holes, marks, or damage, or charges may be incurred. The Nantasket Beach Resort may have other events in the rooms after Holiday Showcase, so you need to be able to clear out of your space within one (1) hour after the show. If you cannot do that, please do not apply.

Hull Nantasket Chamber of Commerce Event Code of Conduct: As a participant in this HNCC sponsored event, you are an ambassador for your business, the Hull Nantasket Chamber of Commerce, and the community of Hull. The Hull Nantasket Chamber of Commerce requires that during this event you act in a professional and courteous manner to-ward organizers, fellow participants, and patrons. Failure to meet these requirements can and will result in exclusion from the event with no refund. 

Your signed application indicates that you agree that you hold the Hull Nantasket Chamber of Commerce and the Nantasket Beach Resort harmless from any liabilities incurred on the Showcase premises. You confirm that you have read and will abode by the code of conduct above.
