      HNCC Member – One Free 12 x 12 space plus 10% of sale proceeds for the HNCC Scholarship Fund
Note:  Each HNCC organization is allowed one free 12 x 12 space.   If you have many members in your organization, they need to share the one space or rent an additional space(s) for $150 per space plus 10% of all sales going to the scholarship fund.

Spaces are assigned based on the date the completed application and applicable fees, if any, are received.  HBCC members and sponsors have priority space consideration, however, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SPACE REQUESTS FOR ANYONE.

 

It is hereby agreed that (Print your name) ______________________________________holds the Hull Nantasket Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Hull harmless from any liabilities incurred on the festival premises.  Booth space cannot be divided, sublet, or leased to any other party.  It is not interchangeable.  Your signature confirms your agreement to all of the terms of the vendor rules and this application.

 

As a participant of this Chamber sponsored event you are an ambassador for your business, the Hull Nantasket Chamber of Commerce and the Community of Hull.  The HNCC requires that during this event, you act in a professional and courteous manner towards organizers, fellow participants and patrons.  Failure to meet this requirement can and will result in exclusion from the event.

If you would like a mature high school student from the DECA program to assist with the set up and running of your space, please contact Kevin Morris at 781-925-5557.  There is a $50 fee for this service.  The proceeds will go directly to the DECA program to support their curriculum.
