Festival Application and Qualifications

Chamber Members:
Free of charge for the
first spot with 10% of all sales donated to the
scholarship fund immediately following the conclusion
of the event. Second spot $150.
Non-Members:
$150/spot with 10% of all gross sales donated to the
scholarship fund immediately following the conclusion
of the event.
* NOTE - We will not
be able to accommodate any non-member with a business
that competes with our members in anyway including
beverage sales, artists and food vendors...unless they
are selling a very unique item.
Applications:
Must be received no later than
August 22nd. Any
application received after that date is subjected to
additional festival fees and can not be guaranteed a

Spaces:
Spaces are 12x12. All tents ( no larger than 10x10)
tables, chairs... are to be provided by the vendor. We
provide the space ONLY!
Tents:
You must provide safe ways to anchor your tent and
protect it from wind... We suggest five gallon buckets
of water. No sand can be taken from the beach for any
reason. All tents will be inspected prior to the
event. Any tent not meeting the safety standards will
not be allowed.
Set Up & Check In:
The road will be closed
to traffic by 7am. Check in will be no earlier than
9am. All traffic will check in from the north end of
the event off of Wharf Ave. Applications must be
pre-approved.
Vendor Parking:
All vendors must park in the back parking lot provided
behind the Horizon Condos. No vendors will be allowed
to park in the main parking lots along the beach. Any
vendors parking by paying in these lots will be asked
to leave the festival. Special arrangements with
Imperial Parking have been made for restaurants to
replenish their food ONLY! Permanent parking will not
be tolerated.
Check Out & Payments:
All vendors are required to participate until 6pm. No
early breakdowns will be allowed for safety reason.
10% payments will be dropped off in the envelopes
provided at the chamber check out tent on the north
side of the event at the
conclusion of the event. . Anyone not
paying upon leaving will be subject to additional
fees.
