Nantasket Beach - Just one wave from Boston!

Welcome to Hull, Massachusetts - Home to Nantasket Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in New England. Hull is a gateway to the Boston Harbor Island State Parks system and boasts a very heroic and interesting maritime history. Our five mile sand beach faces easterly towards the Atlantic Ocean, and our quiet harbors and bays make for a beautiful backdrop to your day of boating, fishing or swimming.

A Glorious Past - Even if you only visit for a day, Hull has many historical sites and attractions to visit. Our famous Paragon Carousel which was rescued from the sale of Paragon Park in the early 80's is one of the country's oldest wooden carousels. The Hull Lifesaving Museum home to the country's first manned lifesaving station was founded to save countless lives that could have been lost to the ferocious seas, and the start of the modern day United States Coast Guard. A visit to Fort Revere will bring you back to the Revolutionary War and give you a front row seat to one of the most magnificent views in America.

A Sea of Possibilities - Surrounded by water on three sides, our peninsula is a haven for boat and sailing enthusiasts from all over the world. Kayak the lazy Weir River Sanctuary, sail around historic Boston Harbor Islands, or tie up for lunch at one of our great waterfront restaurants.

Shopping and Wellness - Visit one of our unique boutiques and art galleries, have a relaxing massage at one of our great spas or workout at one of our fitness centers. We have Pilates, Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, bike and kayak rentals, or even a jog down our beach to keep you fit and health.

Stay the Night - With a world class hotel like the Nantasket Beach Resort which hosted the NFL negotiations and the newly remodeled Nantasket Hotel at the Beach, Hull has much to offer with our small sea side town. Enjoy a quaint B&B like Josephine's or even an extended stay at the Bermaken. Whether you're here on business or pleasure, we have the accommodations you need. Conference rooms, banquet facilities, and even private home rentals make Hull and Nantasket Beach your best choice for an overnight stay while still being close to Boston with commuter rail and commuter boat departures daily.

Dine In or Outside - Hull has some of the South Shore's best restaurants. If you want a casual pub, a romantic candle light dinner or fried clams while watching the waves roll in, we have it all here in Hull. Many of our restaurants and clubs feature great live entertainment and sports 7 days a week, all year long.
